The CDP Institute informs us that 50% of brands who've implemented a CDP are still struggling to see the value. It’s easy to blame the software, but a deeper examination reveals the root causes: data, systems, and workflow. It starts with a Data Readiness Assessment, structured discovery that produces journey catalogs, data, system and gap analyses, prioritized CDP requirements, a roadmap to success, and content for internal socialization.

Ken Zachmann
With over 20 years of experience in the MarTech and AdTech industries within the US and EU markets, my journey in data and customer identity started at the forefront of the sector with DataLogix in 2009. At this pioneering data provider, I played a pivotal role that contributed to its eight-figure acquisition by Oracle. My leadership as the Senior Vice President of Digital Data Sales at V12 Group Data was instrumental in guiding the company toward successful acquisitions in 2017.
In 2018, I founded my own consultancy firm, leveraging my expertise in business intelligence, identity resolution, and customer identity management. My firm is renowned for aiding enterprise-level platforms in constructing and monetizing their identity graphs, and bringing to market a diverse range of data analytics products. My collaborative efforts with brands and publishers are aimed at developing data and customer identity strategies to maintain personalized advertising and provide users with relevant content amidst the challenges posed by overall digital signal loss.
I expanded my consultancy into the EU in 2020 and spent two years in Germany facilitating the international expansion of US clients. I was sought after to provide strategic consulting for EU-based Identity and customer data platforms, particularly to support their growth into the US market.
Recently, my consulting endeavors have centered on assisting clients in navigating the complexities of data and identity in the wake of third-party cookie deprecation. I currently dedicate my efforts to helping companies organize their first-party data, establish a resilient post-cookie identity data infrastructure, and develop robust testing methodologies.
