Marketing Land keeps growing our staff! Today, we’re happy to announce that Lauren Litwinka is coming on as our new Community Editor while Monica Wright moves up into a new Director Of Audience Engagement position.

Lauren Litwinka

Lauren will be directly interacting with our audience on Twitter, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, PinterestTumblr and many other places where MarTech maintains a social media presence. She’ll also watch over our comments and interact with our community in other ways.

Lauren is known to many in the search and social spaces from her time previously with aimClear, where she was online marketing account manager & publications manager.

Monica Wright

Monica, who was made our Director of Community in March (and Community Editor before that), is taking a new title of Director of Audience Engagement.

Internally, I refer to her as our “Director of Goals.” Her job is to ensure that we’re growing engagement with our audience through social media, SEO, email, pageviews and more. In particular, a large part of her job will be focused on testing that things we try, from design changes to campaigns, are delivering as they should.

Congrats to both Lauren and Monica! As the chief content officer for Third Door Media, the company behind Marketing Land, I’m thrilled we’re able to continue growing our staff in this way — and thankful to our audience, for making that possible.
