INTEGRATED. SugarCRM, a customer experience vendor that provides CRM, marketing automation and analytics platforms, this week launched Sugar Integrate. The integration solution is a cloud-based platform that connects SugarCRM users to more than 200 other tools and plugins that can be integrated with its own software. Why we care. HIRING HELP. While not technically martech, AI-powered talent acquisition platform Eightfold.ai has announced it will make its platform available for free to help companies and individuals whose jobs have been affected by COVID-19. On one hand, the platform allows those who may have lost jobs to create profiles so they can be matched with firms that are hiring. But the platform can also be used by companies to keep track of furloughed employees so they can quickly hire them back if they need to. Why we care. The economic disruption of this crisis is causing a lot of job losses and business cutbacks, so if this platform and the AI that powers it can help get people back to work, we support that.
