Moz+BufferToday, one of the most popular social media scheduling tools, Buffer, has teamed up with the also-popular Twitter Analytics tool Followerwonk. The integration is an exciting one. Thanks to Followerwonk data, Buffer will now be able to auto-schedule posts for users at the ideal times for each specific account.

Followerwonk, a tool within the large suite of marketing tools from Moz, has helped many a user to answer the age old question: “When is the best time to post content with my account?”

A quick follower analysis will allow users to see their optimal tweeting times based off of follower activity hours. Each hour timeframe can be hovered over to gather more information on user activity levels. Thanks to the partnership with Buffer, a “schedule at Buffer” button will appear underneath the chart. The only information required is how many times you’d like to Tweet per day:

Once you’ve looked at the data and decided how many Tweets you’d like to post each day, simply click the button and watch the information be automatically imported to Buffer. Users will see the most optimal times for Tweets according to Followerwonk.

As with any updates shared via Buffer, users can select the networks that they’d like to share each update with. Buffer also offers additional social analytics so you can do your own investigative work once the initial setup is complete.

This update is launching today and is available with any Moz & Buffer account – no pro membership required. For more information see the official Buffer blog post.
