With the knowledge that every parent on the planet has all kinds of videos of their precious little children stored on their phones, Pampers, with help from BBR Saatchi & Saatchi, teamed with video app Magisto to help parents easily create videos and share them across social media with their friends.

Magisto is an app that smartly grabs the best part of a video and seamlessly splices it together with other parts of the video. It then automatically adds graphics and music resulting in a complete, ready-to-share masterpiece.

A campaign encouraged parents to download the app and get to work creating their own magical masterpieces starring their very own children and then share those clips to Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and YouTube.

The videos themselves are sponsored by Pampers, giving the brand some pretty decent exposure in social media. The case study video below reports upwards of 7,200 video created using the app and close to 60,000 likes and views across social media.

It’s important to note this was a country-specific campaign in Israel so if the numbers seem low from an American perspective, they’re not so low when you consider the fact that Israel has just 2.5% the population of America.
