LinkedIn Company Pages have seen quite a surge in popularity since inception, but have been lacking  significant functionality for brands. One of the biggest negatives is being abolished today as LinkedIn Page Admins will now be able to comment & like appearing as their brand.

Comment-Like-As-Company

This new option will allow Page admins to interact in more than the traditional one-way format. Previously, the only form of communication was on the profile level, and users would have to respond as themselves, rather than the brand. The official LinkedIn overview states:

“When a Company Page administrator comments on or likes an update, it will appear as the company commenting on or liking the post.”

This appears to be rolling out this week. According to LinkedIn, “This feature is being released gradually to all Company Page Admins. A banner will be displayed on your company page as soon as you can use it.”
