Gartner: Give up on the complete view of the customer
Is it time to abandon the 360-degree view of the customer? Gartner analysts seem to think so. Others disagree.
Kim Davis is currently editor at large at MarTech. Born in London, but a New Yorker for almost three decades, Kim started covering enterprise software ten years ago.
