Is Facebook Rewarding Fast Responses By Admins?
A new indicator may reward Facebook administrators that are quick on the draw with their responses.
A new message spotted in the wild appears to reward the fastest responding Facebook administrators. Select admins that responded to 90% or more messages within a 5 minute period “can turn on an icon” to let folks know that they are quick responders.
The message specifically states:
Respond to 90 percent of messages with a five-minute response time over one week to receive the indicator.
In an example spotted by SocialTimes, the administrator was able to see info about their their current response rates with prompts to improve to unlock icons.
