Twitter just announced an update to both its official Android and iOS apps, as well as to the mobile website, saying that all will very shortly support photo galleries, apps and product listings inside individual tweets. Those are the three new content types that can be included in tweets via Twitter Cards.

Twitter’s Android app is also getting a new design that the company says

reflects a native Android experience: wider and taller timelines that fill the screen, a flat navigation bar, tap and hold for quick actions, and more.

These mobile updates are rolling out in the next few days. For what it’s worth, I already see an update available in the iOS App Store, so there you go.
