Explore Paths in Customer Journey Analytics

What’s new: A new Pathfinder view is now available in Customer Journey Reports, letting you explore the most common paths leads and customers take before or after a key milestone.

How it helps you
Instead of manually piecing together stages in your funnel, Journey Paths automatically reveal your most frequent conversion routes, drop-off points, and behavioral trends. Want to know what typically happens before a deal closes, or what comes after someone books a meeting? Now you can visualize it in seconds. Edit or delete campaign UTM values

What’s new: HubSpot users can now edit or delete UTM values directly from the Campaigns tool, without needing workarounds or property updates elsewhere. This includes the ability to clean up secondary UTM values and replace or remove default campaign tags.

How it helps you
No more cluttered UTM data or reporting headaches. This long-requested update gives you control over campaign tracking by letting you:

  • Fix mistakes.
  • Clean up old values.
  • Ensure your UTM data reflects what’s actually driving results .

This helps users achieve more accurate reporting, clearer insights and easier collaboration across teams running multi-channel campaigns.

Automated sales tax collection with Commerce Hub

What’s new: Commerce Hub now supports automated sales tax calculation for invoices, quotes, subscriptions and payment links. Taxes are calculated at checkout using your buyer’s billing or shipping address, powered by Stripe Tax.

How it helps you
Manually tracking tax rates across regions is time consuming and risky. With this update, HubSpot handles it for you, calculating the right tax amount based on your customer’s location and product type.

What comes with this is fewer errors, faster invoice creation and smoother compliance with local tax laws. It’s a major time-saver for teams selling in the U.S. and Canada who want to automate back-office tasks and focus on growth.

Use your own landing page and website page templates in Content Remix

What’s new: You can now use any of your existing landing page or website page templates when generating content with Content Remix, no custom schema or code updates required.

How it helps you:
Before this update, teams had to modify template code to make it compatible with Content Remix. This barrier is now removed, allowing users to use AI-generated pages in your marketing workflows.

Now, you can create fully branded pages using your own templates in just a few clicks. It’s a faster, more flexible way to scale content production without sacrificing design consistency or needing developer help.

How it helps you
This isn’t just a polish, it’s a major upgrade. The new Copilot understands complex, layered questions and provides more accurate, actionable responses based on your CRM data.

AI lookalike lists

What’s new: Breeze AI can now generate lookalike lists — audiences that share characteristics with your best-performing contacts, built automatically from a seed list you select.

How it helps you
Finding more high-fit contacts just got a whole lot easier. Instead of manually filtering for similar traits, lookalike lists let you generate a targeted audience based on the behaviors and attributes of your most valuable customers.

Use case ideas for this include lists for running ads, nurture campaigns, or even passing warm leads to sales. This update helps you start with contacts more likely to convert, so your team spends less time guessing and more time growing.

HubSpot updates admins shouldn’t miss

New Standard Sandbox with deploy to production

What’s new: HubSpot’s Standard Sandbox just got a major upgrade. You can now copy a more complete set of production metadata into your sandbox environment and deploy supported assets directly back to production when you’re ready.

How it helps you
This update makes testing and launching CRM changes much safer and more efficient. Whether you’re configuring a new data model, building workflows or experimenting with email automation, you can now validate everything in a near-real environment before pushing it live. And with native deployment support, you can move new forms, lists, workflows, and more to production in just a few clicks. We’ve been waiting for this one for a long time and couldn’t be more excited!

Backfilling AI descriptions for all workflows

What’s new: HubSpot now automatically generates AI-powered descriptions for all existing workflows that don’t have one, and will continue to do so for any new workflows created without a description.

How it helps you
If your portal has dozens (or hundreds) of workflows, managing them without clear documentation can get messy fast. This update eliminates that friction by ensuring every workflow has a helpful summary.

It’s especially useful for admins working across large teams, where workflows are created by multiple users and understanding intent is key for auditing and optimization. Always important to give them a look before accepting, but as HubSpot has stated in the past, many of the users were choosing to accept AI descriptions more often than not, so we’re guessing you’ll find these increasingly more accurate as the feature matures.

Auto merge duplicate records

What’s new: The Manage Duplicates tool now supports automatic merging for records with exact 1:1 property matches. Admins can define match criteria, and HubSpot will handle the rest.

How it helps you
Cleaning up duplicates is one of the most tedious tasks in CRM management. This update helps you stay ahead of messy data by automatically merging high-confidence matches for contacts and companies. That means:

  • Cleaner records.
  • Fewer sync issues.
  • Less time wasted reviewing obvious duplicates.

URL property type

What’s new: You can now create properties specifically designed to store URLs, complete with clickable formatting, validation rules and domain restrictions.

How it helps you
Storing links inside CRM records has always been clunky. This update makes it easy to save and surface links to customer websites, shared content, internal assets and more.

Because these fields are validated and formatted automatically, you’ll spend less time fixing broken links and more time using URLs the way they were meant to work: as quick, reliable references right inside your CRM.

Basic record cloning

What’s new: You can now clone CRM records (like contacts, companies, deals and tickets) directly from the record view. The new record will copy over all properties and associations included in your custom create form.

How it helps you
This process used to be very manual and error-prone. Now with the clone feature, you can duplicate a deal with the same structure or create new contact based on an existing one for example. This update saves time and reduces the risk of missing key info. It’s especially helpful for teams managing:

  • Recurring transactions.
  • Service requests.
  • Any scenario where the record structure is repeatable.

Email custom properties

What’s new: You can now add custom properties to marketing emails, making it easier to organize, categorize, and report on your campaigns without relying on naming conventions alone.

How it helps you
This is something users have had in workflows for a while and now that it’s available in emails, it’s an admin’s dream. No more inconsistent naming hacks or conventions. With custom properties, you can tag emails by:

  • Campaign type.
  • Region.
  • Product line.
  • Any other category that matters to your team.

These properties can be used to filter views or build tailored reports, giving you cleaner organization and sharper insights into what’s working and where to optimize.
