Getty partners with AI platform
The stock photo company announced a collaboration with artificial intelligence (AI) platform Cortex. Their offering recommends content for brands’ social media campaigns based on their specific aesthetic and target audience.

Fullscreen acquires influencer marketing platform
The entertainment company acquired Reelio to expand its capabilities and enable clients to execute self-service campaigns. Reelio’s existing clients will continue to have access to its platform, along with Fullscreen brand services.

Smartly.io releases new feature
The company unveiled Video Templates. Customers can use this feature to automatically generate video and still creative to fit a variety of ad formats on Facebook and Instagram, buy the ad space in real time and test their effectiveness.

Meta Networks launches NaaS
The technology company introduced its flagship network and security platform — Meta NaaS (Network as a Service). The platform connects people, applications, clouds and sites within a software-defined perimeter in the cloud.

Conga acquires AI firm
The documentation automation company said it will acquire Counselytics, a provider of contract discovery and analytics AI solutions. This acquisition, the company’s third in a month, will add the ability to harvest contract content.

Headway partners with Pixalate
The media buying firm announced a partnership with ad fraud protection and data intelligence company Pixalate to ensure its ad video inventory is free of fraud and fully viewable.

Martech Movers

HG Data appoints Elizabeth Cholawsky chief executive officer and to its board of directors, replacing founder Craig Harris. Harris will now be responsible for research and development activities, as well as director and chairman of the board.

Skimlinks promotes Sebastien Blanc to CEO. Blanc was previously chief revenue officer. CEO and Co-Founder Alicia Navarro will move to the position of president and board member.

Former Walmart Chief Marketing Officer Julie Lyleto joins the DigitalBits advisory board. Lyleto is currently the interim chief marketing officer at Barnes & Noble.

Instant Logic adds Mark Templeton as chairman of the board. Templeton is the former director, president and CEO of Citrix Systems.

Janrain appoints Todd Etchieson as vice president of product, reporting directly to CEO Jim Kaskade. Etchieson was most recently vice president of analytics product management at New Relic.
