    This week we’re seeing some strategic collaborations and integrations, as well as following some career moves.

    Martech in motion

    Sprout Social acquires Simply Measured
    The social media management platform has expanded its capabilities with the acquisition of the analytics firm. The company says the move will allow them to create scalable social solutions for brands.

    CallRail announces Facebook integration
    The call tracking and analytics provider is now integrated with Facebook’s Offline Conversion API. Users will be able to view texts and form completions driven by Facebook ads, in addition to calls.

    TripleLift partners with AdRoll
    The companies hope to help brands drive successful performance through native ads. By combining their offerings, they say they will offer new and effective advertising solutions for brands.

    Viant and IRI combine forces
    The partnership will bolster Viant’s people-based data and analytics offerings for shopper marketers with IRI’s unique retailer data sets and in-store measurement solutions.

    MacKenzie-Childs picks QuickPivot
    The retailer has chosen QuickPivot for customer data management and business intelligence. It says the move will unite digital, social, retail and catalog marketing channels for more personalized customer experiences.

    Martech on the move

    Intermarkets appoints Kary Jones to manager of publisher development. She has been at Intermarkets for more than four years; previously, she oversaw consumer-based advertising at POLITICO.

    Maritz Motivation Solutions appoints Cameron Conway to vice president of the company’s sales performance and channel loyalty practice. Conway was previously at Red Hat, where he served in several marketing executive positions.

    Marillyn A. Hewson was named a 2018 Edison Achievement Award Honoree. Hewson is chairman, president and CEO of Lockheed Martin Corporation.

    Silicon Catalyst hires Pete Rodriguez as chief operating officer. He was previously a vice president and general manager at NXP.

    G2 crowd announces the appointment of Ryan Bonnici as chief marketing officer. Bonnici was previously at Hubspot.

    Cambridge Semantics names Steve Dischinger vice president of business development and alliances. He most recently served as vice president of alliances at Apcera, a container management platform provider.
