Equals 3 launches Lucy Pro
An offshoot of its AI-powered marketing assistant Lucy, Lucy Pro is part of a three-tier offering that also includes Lucy Lite and Lucy Enterprise. Lucy Pro adds internal document uploads, which allows organizations to sort through piles of their own documents more efficiently.

Scoota partners with Ternio
The alliance will allow Scoota to offer Ternio’s blockchain technology for advertising campaigns. Scoota’s clients will have the ability to utilize blockchain for transparency of their ad spend throughout the entire ad supply chain, on a per-impression basis.

Oracle to acquire Talari
The deal is expected to help Oracle build up its cloud business.

Brandwatch unveils in-app AI analyst
Iris is built into BrandWatch Analytics and can instantly analyze online conversations and explain what caused them, including identifying the specific tweets, videos, links or news articles that caused these conversations to grow.

Curate acquires JUICE
By leveraging existing and new clients under the Curate Mobile umbrella, the expanded company says it can offer more precise and targeted mobile programmatic ad buy solutions for agencies, brands and publishers.

MomentFeed launches Menu Manager
The solution enables multi-location restaurant brands and franchises to quickly create and update detailed menu information. The tool is available to brands using MomentFeed Visibility Manager.

Hannah Shaw Grove joins Apex Clearing as CMO. Grove was most recently managing director and CMO of iCapital Network.

DiscoverOrg announced several executive moves this week. Katie Bullard was promoted from chief growth officer to president, Chris Hays was promoted from VP of Operations to chief operating officer (COO) and Cameron Hyzer was hired as the company’s next chief financial officer (CFO.)

Affinio appoints Jon Baron to chief revenue officer (CRO). He previously served as president of Bamboo Rose, CRO of IgnitionOne and CEO and co-founder of TagMan.

Nativo appoints Sheri Ham as its new SVP of programmatic. Prior to Nativo, Ham led programmatic efforts as VP at Diply and SVP at Mode Media.

Eyeota hires Chris Emme as managing director, Americas. Emme most recently held senior sales management positions as RocketFuel, MediaIQ and RadiumOne.

Walker Jacobs will join Twitch as its new CRO. Prior to Twitch, Jacobs served as COO of the entertainment media brand Fandom, as well as president and chief revenue officer of Clear Channel Outdoor.
