Good morning, Marketers, and is leadership an organizational role, or is it a mindset?

It’s both. Good leadership means giving people at all levels of the organization the opportunity to take charge and own certain tasks. And similarly, leadership is a mindset that everyone can adopt if they’re plugged into the same playbook.

“MarTech’s Guide to Agile Marketing for Leaders” is our new follow-up to the successful “MarTech’s Guide to Agile Marketing for Teams.” It provides valuable insights into how to lead agile teams. Maintaining a dynamic, agile and competitive marketing team requires a new approach to roles, and a new mindset for everybody on the team.

We invite everyone who wants to learn about agile and how to lead this strategy to find out more and download the new ebook created in collaboration with renowned agile marketing coach and MarTech contributor Stacey Ackerman.
