Session overview
Navigating data privacy often feels like a balancing act between strict legal frameworks and ambitious growth goals. Leading organizations are moving beyond treating consent as a legal box to check. Instead, they are designing it directly into the customer experience — giving people meaningful control over their data while naturally improving the data quality that marketers depend on.
Let's explore how forward-thinking teams are engineering consent into their marketing operations. We'll tackle how preference management, transparency, and genuine customer choice can become the foundation for sharper personalization, more effective AI, and deeper brand trust.
After this session, you'll be able to:
- Position consent as a strategic marketing capability that drives revenue, rather than a compliance exercise.
- Understand how better preference management yields higher-quality, reliable first-party data.
- Apply practical frameworks to build deep customer trust while scaling personalized experiences.
