A decade ago, she was bitten by the agile bug and has been passionately working on bringing agility to countless companies as a Scrum Master and agile coach. In 2014, she opened her own company, which focuses on bringing agile to marketing departments through coaching and training.

She's been a speaker at several worldwide conferences and has trained people around the world. He first wrote about marketing technology as editor of Haymarket’s The Hub, a dedicated marketing tech website, which subsequently became a channel on the established direct marketing brand DMN.

Adam Greco is one of the leaders of the digital marketing analytics industry. Milton Hwang is currently a strategic consultant (Mission MarTech LLC) and supports clients through a unique combination of strategy, operations, and technology experiences. In addition to consulting, Milt is also a passionate higher education instructor. He is currently a Program Leader for Kellogg's Graduate School of Management Executive Education, and is teaching Digital Marketing at UW-Madison.

With 30 years of leadership experience, Milt has focused on aligning service, marketing, sales, and IT processes around the customer journey.  Milt started his career with GE, and led cross-functional initiatives in field service, software deployment, marketing, and digital transformation. Following his time at GE, Milt led marketing operations and customer experience teams at Connecture, HSA Bank and MSI Data, and he has always enjoyed being labeled one of the early digital marketing technologists. Collin Olson is a Senior Product Manager for 1-800 Contacts, the world’s largest retailer of contact lenses with over $1B in total sales in 2022. With over 10 years of experience in product management and digital marketing, Collin is passionate about developing strategies to drive conversion and enhance customer experience.

Over the past 18 months, Collin led the effort to establish a new Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) program for 1-800 Contacts.  This initiative involved implementing a data-driven approach to improve the online shopping experience for customers and increase conversion rates, as well as the implementation of a new CMS system and A/B testing platform. The formation of a new CRO program has driven many new insights into how we as digital marketers can drive greater engagement through strong, bold content strategies and a rapid A/B testing infrastructure.

Prior to joining 1-800 Contacts, Collin served as a software product manager at Glasses.com, Dealersocket, and Henry Schein. Collin holds a B.A. Political Science from Brigham Young University.

Talisha Padgett began her career in traditional marketing roles but has spent the last half focusing on leveraging technology & processes to improve Marketing effectiveness and the Consumer experience.  She has led Martech in both IT and Marketing and understands both sides. She joined Microsoft in 2022 to led B2B Martech Platforms and AI.  Previously at Comcast, she revamped the MarTech & Campaign Optimization team by re-defining and roles, changing the relationship with Engineering, establishing new processes with the Marketing teams, and pushing vendors to be more accountable.  At Under Armour, she joined teammates from IT, Engineering, and Marketing into a dedicated MarTech function and consolidated duplicative systems for a more effective tech stack. Having also worked at Marriott International, MarketBridge, and ServiceMaster, Talisha understands the nuance of how technology can be applied to solve business problems at scale.  When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, hiking, meditating, and spending time with her family and close friends.

He currently is a member of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts' Digital Products Team and has also worked in marketing technology roles at revenue management platform provider Zuora and before that at Western Governors University.  Petersen holds a Master of Information Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brigham Young University.
