quora-iconMobile now accounts for more than 25 percent of Quora’s traffic and the company is aiming to build on that growth by launching its first Android apps.

Quora says its Android apps have all of the site’s core features, and also take advantage of some of Android’s “unique characteristics,” with things like:

  • Integrated search: Users can search Quora even when not inside the Android app. It also supports voice search, too.
  • Top Answers widget: This can be added to your Android home screen.
  • Landscape mode

The Quora Android app is available in the Google Play store and Amazon Appstore for Android. Here are a couple screenshots from Quora’s announcement:

Quora launched an iOS app last September and also has a mobile version of its website.
