PubNative launches HyBid
The mobile monetization platform unveiled HyBid, a solution that gives app developers more control over ad decisioning. Publishers can now segment impressions to the most competitive buyers and achieve performance uplift.

NetBase reveals new analytics solution
The cross-channel customer experience analytics solution combines Voice of the Customer (VoC) with social analytics. The NetBase VoC solution provides standardized analyses for customer feedback, including automated sentiment, passion scoring, top conversation rankings, drivers of low and high ratings and trending and geo location.

Infutor introduces digital ID solution
ReachSmart Digital ID adds multiple email addresses (digital identity markers) to consumer identities, which help to increase custom first-party audience match rates for both social and programmatic display campaigns.

Adjust releases free benchmarking tool
Based on Adjust’s aggregated database, with a maximum sample size of over 7,000 apps for a single category, the company says its benchmarking tool is now the first public product for mobile benchmarks of its kind and will provide mobile marketers and app publishers with broad measurement capabilities and actionable insights.

Evergage launches SmartSurveys
The VoC survey tool lets companies ask timely and contextually relevant questions tailored to each prospect or customer — and then use the response data to affect individual experiences in real time.

PushSpring unveils audience marketplace
The company says its marketplace is the first to allow marketers to quickly craft custom audiences for both activation and strategic insights, with full transparency and same-day execution.

Fluent makes its healthcare data available 
Fluent has made its opt-in, first-party data available for programmatic targeting via LiveRamp. As a result of this partnership, consumers will receive more relevant and accurate messaging experiences based on their declared health interests.

Martech Movers

The Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) appoints Jim Norton as the group’s latest executive-in-residence. Norton is a former chairman of the IAB board of directors. Most recently, Norton served as chief business officer, president of revenue at Condé Nast.

Vincent Meyer joins Zeno Media as chief mobile officer. He joins the team from Lucktastic, where he served as chief revenue officer.

Lotame promotes Jason Downie to chief strategy officer. Downie was previously senior vice president and general manager of data solutions.

dataxu adds Gary Savoy as vice president of media. Savoy was previously vice president of data platforms at Comcast NBCUniversal.

Extreme Reach promotes Tim Conley to the position of chief executive officer. Conley, who co-founded Extreme Reach and previously served as chief operating officer, has been president of the company since October 2017. The company also promoted Jorge Martell to chief financial officer, having served as acting chief financial officer for several months. Jennifer Wambold, formerly vice president of human resources, will now serve as chief human resources officer.

my6sense brings on Ivan Braiker as its first chief strategy officer. Braiker was previously with Hipcricket.

G2 Crowd announces that three of its original founders are stepping into new leadership roles. Godard Abel will return to the role of chief executive officer. Tim Handorf, who has been chief executive officer for the past four years, will now become president. And Matt Gorniak is returning as the chief revenue officer. For the past two years, Gorniak served as senior vice president of Global Quote-to-Cash Sales at Salesforce.

Tracking First names Matt Nelson as vice president of marketing. Nelson was previously at Qualtrics.
