Freshworks launches ‘omnibot’ AI engine

Unacast unveils new insight tool
Uncontextualized Visits translates raw pings into a meaningful stream of events representing where a device rested during the day, unlocking insight into 75 to 100 million visit events and 17 to 20 million daily active users.

Forensiq to integrate with SpringServe
SpringServe’s users will be able to activate Forensiq’s Ad Verification Suite via the SpringServe platform, tapping into protection from mobile web, in-app and OTT, providing cross-device validation to partners.

Zoom announces new voice product
Zoom Voice is a cloud-based phone system that integrates both inbound and outbound calling through the public switched telephone network (PSTN) and supports a range of traditional telephony features like desk phones, voicemail, fax machines and overhead paging systems.

Looker releases updates to its platform
Looker 6 is designed to flex and scale as needs for information change and expand. It builds on Looker’s BI application and adds stronger enterprise-class features, tools and department-specific plug-and-play applications.
