ShipWorks integrates with Overstock.com
Overstock.com orders can now be downloaded into ShipWorks manually or on an automated schedule. When the download is complete, users can manage their Overstock.com shipments with the ShipWorks Rules feature, which helps automate a wide range of shipping conditions.

AdSwerve buys Analytics Pros
The acquisition provides service across the Google Marketing Platform, including DoubleClick, Google Analytics and the Google Marketing Cloud. The move was funded by private equity investment firm Abry Partners.

Protected Media launches anti-fraud solution
The pre-bid solution utilizes a variety of data sources, including post-bid data, to provide information to the demand side’s bidder. The solution includes an on-premise cache to help advertisers produce near-real-time responses with minimal latency.

CallRail unveils new solution
The cost-per-lead solution allows marketers to understand how much they are paying for a phone call lead. The call tracking and analytics provider also launched a new custom reporting engine within the platform.

Mavenlink unveils integration platform
Mavenlink M-Bridge enables professional and marketing services organizations to connect key apps with their operational system of record. Using the platform, organizations can use prebuilt integrations with popular solutions like Salesforce, Jira and Google G-Suite, as well as through a flexible API and developer tools.

Nancy Dornbush joins Paxos as global head of business operations. Dornbush joins Paxos from Arcesium, where she served as the managing director and global head of services. The company is also bringing on Dorothy Chang as vice president of marketing and communications. Chang was previously senior director and head of communications at Foursquare.

[24]7.ai appoints Paul J. Loftus as its chief revenue officer. Prior to joining [24]7.ai, he served as the North American head of sales and revenue retention for Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting.

BloomReach adds David Hurwitz as its chief marketing officer. Hurwitz was previously chief marketing officer for Appvance.ai. The company also brought on Dave Pomeroy as chief financial officer. Pomeroy comes to BloomReach from BDNA, which was just acquired by Flexera.

Firewood Marketing hires Ron Davis as senior vice president of technology. Davis most recently served as senior vice president of technology at Guidance Solutions.

Dustin Grosse joins Nintex as Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer. Grosse most recently served as the chief executive officer of ClearSlide.

Yes Lifecycle Marketing names Tim Smith as its general manager of digital services. Smith was previously US managing director AppsFlyer.

Greg Dale joins Shareablee as chief operating officer. Dale was previously chief operating officer of Persado and before that spent 17 years at comScore, most recently as chief operating officer.
