Salesforce Marketing Cloud Announces A Slew Of New Instagram Marketing Tools

As one of the fastest growing social networks, Instagram can’t be ignored. Today Salesforce has added significant tools to help marketers with their Instagram efforts. From publishing to advertising, The Marketing Cloud will offer up robust features around Instagram.

The new integration will allow marketers to perform these Instagram tasks within the Marketing Cloud:

  • Advertise. Through Social.com, users will be able to buy and manage Instagram ads.
  • Publish. Social Studio will allow marketers to schedule and publish content.
  • Engage. Management teams can review discussions on Instagram, communicate and prioritize comments.
  • Analyze. Tools to understand community feedback, sentiment, trends and more will now be applied to Instagram within Social Studio.
