Selligent reveals new AI offering
The marketing cloud announces the release of Selligent Cortex, a natively built AI-powered predictive analysis tool. The company says it will provide insight for messaging, campaign creation and more.

HYPR launches DMA tool
The influencer analytics platform has introduced a Designated Market Areas (DMA) tool. The feature allows marketers to find the exact location of its influencers.

Convey unveils new platform
The company says the platform replaces static contacts and business cards with live, dynamic connections. The platform provides native support for both Apple and Android devices.

Infutor launches identity attribution tool
ID Max is a real-time data-driven solution that completes, verifies, updates and enhances inbound fractional consumer information. It helps marketers improve form conversion, lead quality and lead attribution, as well as enhance inbound personalization and update customer database records.

DMS releases enhanced Sparkroom technology
The customer acquisition and retention company says the enhancement will give brands more data and streamline analytics for multichannel marketing campaigns.

Falcon.io acquires Komfo
The social media and customer experience company says that Komfo’s social advertising and analytics capabilities will augment the Falcon platform.

Allocadia and Bizible announce partnership
The companies say the alliance will help marketers drive greater impact and revenue. The combined solution ties investment data with revenue data to quantify the ROI of every sales and marketing channel, campaign and program including paid media, content marketing, sales activities, and field marketing.

Choozle releases contextual keyword capabilities
The programmatic advertising platform created Contextual Intelligence in partnership with Grapeshot. The company says the tool will empower agencies and brands to provide more relevant targeting to a wider keyword-based audience at lower costs than pay-per-click models such as Google AdWords.

WPP announces the merger of Burson-Marsteller and Cohn & Wolfe
Burson Cohn & Wolfe (BCW) is now one of the world’s largest, full-service, global communications agencies. It will be led by CEO Donna Imperato, currently CEO of Cohn & Wolfe.

TVPage launches video cloud
The company announces Video Commerce Cloud (VCC) 3.0, a video commerce platform that enables users to deploy interactive video commerce experiences across various marketing channels. The company says that VCC enables brands and retailers to better source, moderate and publish video content through new features and functionality.

Comformit promotes Claire Sporton to the newly created position of SVP, customer experience. Sporton has been with the company since 2011.

Stephanie Davari joins StandUnited.org, a petition platform service of Intermarkets, Inc., as  senior sales executive. Davari was previously at companies such as Morris Media Network and Resonate.

Mike Kelly joins Dianomi board of directors. Kelly was formerly president of platforms at AOL.

Randall Beard joins Cardlytics as group president, advertisers. Beard was formerly global president for ad solutions, expanded verticals and innovation at the Nielsen Company.

Ryan Bowling joins The Wonderful Company as senior VP of public relations and corporate communications. Bowling was previously at FleishmanHillard in San Francisco, where he was SVP and partner and led their technology practice.

Peter Bray joins Kardzee as strategic marketing advisor. Bray was formerly the head of digital for Saatchi & Saatchi in NYC and the founder of Bray & Co, a specialty marketing consultancy.

DialogTech announces the promotion of COO Doug Kofoid to CEO. Kofoid’s appointment follows founder Irv Shapiro’s decision to transition from CEO to Executive Chairman.

Doug Hecht joins Grandesign’s advisory board. Hecht was previously president and chief operating officer of global digital agency Digitaria, now Mirum Agency.
