LinkedIn took another step toward targeting brands today, announcing the Company Page API and providing marketers more options to manage and measure their Company Page presence on LinkedIn.

Some social partners have had access to post to LinkedIn Company pages for over a month now, including Hootsuite, HubSpot, Shoutlet and Percolate, but by opening up the API, any third-party social management tools has the option to integrate Linkedin Company Page posting and analytics.
