Good morning, Marketers, and the holidays are running full steam ahead.
If you were surprised new records were set for Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, you’re forgiven. I had my doubts back in July, when some consumers said they were already buying gifts during summer Prime Day promotions. And that was before the second round of Prime Days in October.
Last year, we saw digital sales expand from Cyber Monday to Cyber Week, and even Cyber Month. Despite holiday sales happening throughout the year, single day events are still packing a big punch. The fact remains, if marketers are engaging the right customers on the right channels, they can have a successful Cyber Monday, or just about any other day of the year.
