Good morning, Marketers, and how digital is your life really?

Phrases like “digital transformation, “digital marketing” and “digital environment” trip easily off the tongue. I have heard from many martech vendors that digital transformation has already happened (although, yes, it’s an ongoing journey), something recently affirmed by Scott Brinker.

Swimming against this easy stream, however, I saw data earlier this year suggesting B2B go-to-market processes depended heavily on manual rather than automated systems. Was that an outlier? Well, our own 2022 MarTech Career and Salary Survey, just released, reflects heavy use of spreadsheets.
